Club PKR Terms and Conditions — User Agreement & Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to Club PKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Club PKR ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers an account, accesses the website at clubpkr.bet, or uses any service offered through the Club PKR platform.

Club PKR operates as an online casino and sports betting platform, providing Pakistani players with casino games, live dealer tables, cricket and sports betting, and associated promotional services — all transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By creating a Club PKR account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside the Club PKR Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this overall agreement.

Club PKR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to your account.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account at Club PKR and to use any of the platform's services. Club PKR takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age verification requirements are not met.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one Club PKR account. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers — is a breach of these Terms. Club PKR uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be closed, all bonuses forfeited, and winnings may be withheld pending review.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and any other fields required by Club PKR's registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Club PKR operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC requirements within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. Club PKR's KYC processes are in place to protect players and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

Club PKR primarily serves players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Club PKR platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Club PKR does not accept responsibility for players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Club PKR login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. Club PKR strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Club PKR will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. Any bet placed, game played, or transaction completed through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify Club PKR immediately of suspected unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact Club PKR support immediately at support@clubpkr.bet. Club PKR may temporarily suspend an account to investigate a security concern and will work to resolve verified unauthorised access cases promptly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Club PKR accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Club PKR does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (standard methods)
• Maximum single deposit: varies by method — visible in the Cashier section at time of transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: varies by account tier and method — confirmed in the Cashier section

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your Club PKR balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on banking system processing. Club PKR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Club PKR accounts are processed as follows: mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) — within 60 minutes under normal operating conditions; IBFT bank transfers — within the same business day; card withdrawals — 2 to 5 business days depending on issuing bank. Withdrawal timelines begin from the point Club PKR approves the request, not from the time of submission.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit at Club PKR, or to a verified account in your own name. Club PKR reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

Club PKR offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general rules and to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

Club PKR's standard welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit up to Rs 50,000. To qualify, your first deposit must be a minimum of Rs 500 using any supported payment method. The bonus will be credited to your Club PKR account within a few minutes of your deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one per household, device, IP address and payment method.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All Club PKR bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited
• Casino slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements
• Live casino games contribute 10% toward wagering requirements
• Sports bets (minimum odds 1.50) contribute 100% toward wagering requirements
• Table games (RNG) contribute 20% toward wagering requirements

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Club PKR reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing opposing bets to minimise wagering risk (known as "arbitrage" or "bonus hunting"); using automated betting software; or any activity that Club PKR determines is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been used and wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated. Club PKR will send a reminder notification before bonus expiry where technically feasible.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed at Club PKR are subject to acceptance by the platform. Club PKR reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets suspected to be based on insider information, bets that exploit technical errors in odds pricing, or bets from accounts under investigation.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Club PKR settles sports bets based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, FIFA, etc.) within a reasonable timeframe following match conclusion. For cricket, settlement follows the official DLS result where applicable. Bets are settled based on outcomes at the conclusion of play — extra time, super overs or other tiebreaker procedures apply unless markets are specifically stated to exclude them.

6.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match or event abandonment (where no official result is declared); technical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds; force majeure events; or where a bet was accepted on a market that should not have been available. Voided bets have stakes returned in full to the player's Club PKR balance.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets at Club PKR are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets plus additional conditions. Odds are offered in real time and may be suspended at any point during play. Club PKR will not be liable for bets placed based on a player's knowledge of an event outcome that occurred prior to the bet being confirmed — for example, a wicket that fell before the bet was registered in Club PKR's system.

6.5 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator (multi-leg) bets require all selections to win for a return to be paid. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the remaining legs stand and the accumulator is recalculated without the voided selection. Club PKR's accumulator payout calculations are visible in the betslip before confirmation.

7. Casino Games

7.1 Game Availability

Club PKR's game library is subject to change without notice. Games may be added, removed or temporarily suspended due to maintenance, provider agreements, technical issues or regulatory requirements. Club PKR will not be liable for the unavailability of any specific game title.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The RTP for each casino game available at Club PKR is determined by the game's software provider and is certified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTPs represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any individual player's outcome. Club PKR publishes RTP information in the game lobby for all titles where it is available.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including connection failures, software errors or server interruptions — Club PKR will investigate and attempt to restore the game to its last valid state where possible. Bets placed in rounds affected by a proven technical malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. Club PKR will not pay out results generated by a known software error or malfunction regardless of the displayed outcome.

7.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games at Club PKR are streamed from third-party studio environments using real dealers and real equipment. These games are subject to the rules of the respective game type as displayed in the game interface. In the event of a dispute concerning a live dealer round, Club PKR will consult video records of the relevant session. The studio's video record is considered the authoritative source for settlement purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Club PKR platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human interface to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform or games
• Placing bets or making deposits using funds obtained through criminal activity
• Using Club PKR for money laundering, structuring or any other financial crime
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Club PKR staff or other players through any communication channel
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Club PKR account to another individual
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games or any competitive format
• Placing bets based on insider information regarding an event's outcome

9. Responsible Gaming

Club PKR is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity — never a source of financial stress or a response to personal difficulties. These Terms require you to engage with Club PKR's platform responsibly and to make use of the tools available to manage your gaming activity.

9.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All Club PKR accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, configurable in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits to your Club PKR account
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you're willing to lose over a set period
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session endings after a specified duration
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily pause betting activity for 24 hours up to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account for a defined period

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude from Club PKR, contact our support team at support@clubpkr.bet or through the live chat function. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will be blocked from depositing, placing bets and accessing promotional offers. Funds remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending wagering requirements.

10. Account Closure

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Club PKR account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure request, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are satisfied. If a bonus is active at the time of closure request, you may choose to forfeit the bonus to process the withdrawal immediately, or to complete the wagering requirement first.

10.2 Club PKR-Initiated Closure

Club PKR reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where we determine that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or money laundering purposes
• Verification documents have not been provided within the requested timeframe
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory or legal risk to Club PKR
• The player has requested self-exclusion

Where an account is closed by Club PKR due to a breach of Terms, funds may be withheld pending investigation. Club PKR will communicate the reason for closure where legally permissible and will provide an opportunity to appeal where appropriate.

11. Privacy & Data

Club PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering a Club PKR account you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest

• Data is retained only for as long as necessary for legal, regulatory and operational purposes

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Raising a Dispute

12.2 Resolution Timeline

12.3 Final Determination

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through Club PKR's internal process, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution process outlined in our licensing terms. Club PKR's decision following a full investigation is final in all matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions and bonus terms interpretation — subject to any statutory rights you may hold.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Club PKR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and display a prominent notice on the Club PKR platform for at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Club PKR platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Account closure requests submitted due to Terms amendments will be processed without penalty.
